Player Code of Conduct
As a member of Koram FC, I understand that my conduct reflects upon myself, my team, and the community. I commit to upholding the following principles:

Respect and Sportsmanship

-
Treat everyone with respect: This includes coaches, trainers, teammates, opponents, and referees.
-
Exhibit self-control: Maintain your temper and actions at all times, setting a positive example for others.
-
Respect officials: Accept their decisions without argument or gestures.
-
Be a good sport: Appreciate good play from both your team and opponents.
-
Win gracefully and lose with dignity: Celebrate victories humbly, accept defeats without making excuses, and never give up.

Commitment to the Game

-
Play by the rules: Understand and abide by the rules of the game.
-
Prioritize effort over outcome: Recognize that how you play is more important than winning or losing.
-
Play for enjoyment: Participate because you love the game, not just to please others.
-
Work hard for the team: Strive to improve your skills and understanding of the game, contributing equally to your own and your team's performance.
-
Encourage teammates: Support and uplift your teammates, avoiding criticism of their play.
-
Cooperate with everyone: Work effectively with coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials to ensure a smooth and enjoyable game.
Responsibility and Dedication
-
Attend regularly and on time: Manage your schedule to be present and punctual for all practices, games, and tournaments.
-
Embrace the privilege: Remember that representing Koram FC and the community is an honor.
-
Enjoy the game!
I have read and understand the above statement.
Parent Conduct
All Koram parents must sign a "Parent Statement of Understanding" which outlines parents' commitments and expectations to ensure a positive and successful experience for all. Key commitments include player attendance at all practices and games, including potential multi-day travel tournaments, and understanding that travel costs are not covered by the club. Parents are expected to support their child and the entire team positively, allow coaches to coach without interference, encourage their child to communicate directly with coaches, and maintain appropriate sideline behavior. The document also details a 48-hour communication protocol for addressing concerns and outlines potential consequences for violations, emphasizing that parents and players represent the club and are accountable for their actions.
